Consumer Debt Relief Group's Debt Reduction Process
Consumer Debt Relief Group (CDRG) is so successful because our Senior Debt Analysts are highly trained debt negotiators or tax arbitrators who carefully tailor a debt negotiation action plan for each and every client. Remember, our goal is to settle your debts while keeping you away from debt consolidation companies and the bankruptcy court. Our expertise alone will not guarantee your success. Your success also depends on a total commitment on your part. You must work with us to form a partnership to settle your debt. We have helped hundreds of clients out of financial distress. The following provides an outline of the simple steps necessary to follow our program and become debt free.
1. Call our office toll free at 1(800) 340-7594 Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 6:00 pm PST for a free thirty-minute consultation with one of our debt reduction specialists. We will determine if our program is appropriate for you, and if you qualify. You will need to complete some basic documentation to get approved.

2. If we determine that we can tailor a debt reduction plan for you will be approved for our program, and we will go to work on your case immediately. We will contact your creditors and inform them that you have retained us to represent you. Your creditors will be directed to cease all communication with you and direct all future communications to our office. This will remove the stress associated with your problem debt while we are arbitrating on your behalf.
3. If you continue to receive calls from the creditors we contacted you should direct them to your debt reduction specialist. We will provide you with a Creditor Correspondence Journal to record these calls and then forward to our offices. This log allows us to track creditor correspondence and assists us with your arbitration. We will take the necessary steps to insure that unwanted harassing creditor calls are abated.
4. Consumer Debt Relief Group will work with you to determine a monthly amount of debt reduction funds that is comfortable for you to save for debt reduction purposes. These funds must be set aside every month to settle with your creditors. You do not send your funds to CDRG, which is the case with debt consolidation programs.
5. Our debt reduction specialists will start negotiations with all your creditors to obtain a reduction. Our average reductions range from 35% to 60% of the total debt. All reductions are based on the funds you have available and presume that you have set aside 40%-50% of any debt. We will provide you with "Settlement Initiation Forms" authorizing us to finalize the reduction process with your creditors.
6. A copy of the debt reduction letter from the creditor is sent to you for your approval. You must be satisfied with the reduction offer and approve of the terms. You will then disburse funds from your debt reduction account and mail the final reduction payment
